BOI Legends Rules & Guidelines

Important Notice:

These rules are subject to updates at any time. Players are responsible for staying informed of any changes. Violations of these rules may result in penalties ranging from temporary mutes to permanent account bans, depending on severity and frequency. All decisions made by Game Masters (GMs) are final and non-negotiable.

1. Chat & Communication

  • English is mandatory in all public channels (Warcry, World Chat) to ensure community-wide understanding
  • Drama, harassment, offensive language, hate speech, or personal insults are strictly prohibited
  • Other languages are permitted only in private channels (Guild, Party, Whisper)
  • Spam, flooding, or excessive message repetition will result in chat restrictions

2. Fair Play

  • Report all bugs and glitches to GMs immediately - exploiting them for advantage is prohibited and will be punished
  • Use of third-party programs, bots, macros, or any cheating software is strictly forbidden
  • One account per person for competitive activities like PvP and boss hunting to ensure fair competition
  • Account sharing compromises security and fair play, and is not permitted under any circumstances

3. Character Names

  • GM/Staff impersonation or names that suggest official server affiliation are not allowed
  • Offensive, vulgar, racist, or sexually explicit names will be forcibly changed
  • Copyrighted names, celebrity names, or trademarked terms should be avoided
  • Names that circumvent the filter or contain inappropriate content will be changed and may result in penalties

4. Trading & Items

  • Real-money trading (RMT) is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent bans
  • Buying, selling, or transferring accounts violates our terms and may result in account termination
  • Trade carefully - we cannot recover lost items due to scams or mistakes in trading
  • Scamming other players through misleading trades is prohibited and will be punished
  • No Refund Policy: We do not provide refunds for purchases due to buyer's remorse or change of mind. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases of confirmed purchase errors and must be reported immediately.

5. Donations

  • PayPal donations are limited to $100 USD per person per month for account security
  • Bitcoin donations have no upper limit but must be verified through our official channels
  • Use your main account only for donations to ensure proper credit and prevent confusion
  • Donations for alternate accounts are not permitted to prevent abuse of promotional offers

6. Special Rules

  • Realm 9 is exclusively for GM use - any attempts to access this realm will result in an immediate ban
  • For multiple accounts from the same network (family/roommates), please contact us via Facebook for verification: BOI Legends
  • For situations not explicitly covered by these rules, GM decisions are final and will be made with server integrity in mind
